This statement is not only a metaphorical expression implying on people, but it is also implying on all kind of lives on earth, including fruits and veggies that we will have in our life every day. Because of this, Gresh Farm has established self-managed farm in China since 2015, be able to have more control over the produce, to make sure that everything involve in planting are 100% natural. The farm is located in the far-off areas of Boluo - Guangdong, Ganzhou - Jiangxi, and Ningxia to cope with the changes of climate, in order to provide all fresh produce all year round. Apart from that, Gresh Farm has always adhered to the principal:
- Only source original seeds of the best quality from worldwide, NO GMO seed will be plant.
- Only plant on natural soil that never polluted by heavy metals and take good care of the soil by not using any chemical pesticide
- Irrigated all our fruits and veggies by using pure spring water from mountains.
- Made our own organic fertilizer and use it for all our fruits and veggies.

A journey to the grocers or market might not always be convenient for busy families in Hong Kong. We are here to save your time/work to travel, explore and select the 100% natural and fresh produce from the market. We are with you in leading a happier and healthier lifestyle, conveniently.

We conveniently deliver the fresh produce box to your door, but the story that goes into the box matters more. Our menu changes time to time according to whats in-season to plant! For every order, we tried our best to deliver soonest within 36 hours of harvest and so we have 3 order cut-off date per week, in order to group the order and send to the farm for them to harvest and prepare for delivery. To make sure that all fruits and veggies delivered as their original nutritional value and taste, all fresh produce will be refrigerated throughout the entire delivery process.

- 僅從全球採購最優質的原種子, 拒絕一切轉基因的種子。
- 嚴選於驗證後未發現重金屬的天然土壤作為種植基地, 並且嚴禁使用任何化學農藥, 對土壤進行良好保護, 得以持續發展。
- 只使用天然純淨的泉水和地下水來灌溉我們的所有農作物, 杜絕任何污染來源。
- 我們生產自家的有機肥, 嚴格操控用於種植的每一個元素。

除了用最短的時間將新鮮的蔬果食品包裝好運送到您家中，最重要的還是甚麼蔬果食品放到了包裝內。我們的農夫會根據不同的季節而計劃，種植出當季最鮮美的農作物! 我們每週分了3個截單日，以便將訂單整理好發送給相關的基地進行採摘。我們保證每一筆訂單的農產品由採摘到包裝，再運送到您家中不會超過36小時。同時我們的農產品在整個運送過程中都會利用冷藏方式配送，以確保我們提供的所有蔬果食品都能保持它原有的營養價值和鮮味。
